Thinking about numbers, 2.4 million fed employees, 5 minutes to respond to the elon email each, is 200,000 man hours. At 20 dollars an hour, 4 million dollars of tax payer money spent on this evolution. Is this efficient? Things that make you go - Oops. 20$ is probably low.
