We had an absolutely fantastic time at our social yesterday! Thank you all for coming. Big shoutout to the new volunteers who came out excited to find out how to get involved! There is still so much to do to build more homes in more neighbourhoods in Toronto. Let's get to it!

It’s hard to emphasize how asleep at the wheel Ontario is on housing right now. I realize I’m not the most popular guy among PCs, but I hope Minister Rob Flack takes this seriously. Housing prices have been flat. But inventory is building and sales are historically slow. (1/X) 👇

What a difference a few months and a little bit of framing makes. Condo vacancy rates that were once portrayed negatively have turned into lower rents. There is still work to do, but more supply lowers rents - yes, even in those evil condos. www.thestar.com/real-estate/...
