ICYMI: enjoy a recording of Tuesday's @crcmich.bsky.social webinar examining Gov. Whitmer's FY26 budget plan. We dig into the numbers & discuss the $3B question: what about the roads? Many thanks to @mirsnews.bsky.social for the Q&A & hosting! crcmich.org/event/analys...

BASF may be keeping less than 2% of the highly contaminated groundwater from spilling into the Detroit River, 1,700 ft. from Wyandotte's drinking water intake. But experts say regulators could stop this in a matter of months if they choose to act. @planetdetroit.org

I've been screaming this. It. Is. biologically incorrect to state that there are only two genders.

REMINDER: Those choosing to live in subsidized suburbs for a bigger house and yard are NOT also entitled to free-flow car traffic capacity (aka an “easy car commute”) into the city at the expense of the taxes, health, safety (hint: bike-lanes) & quality of life of city-dwellers. HT Ian Lockwood.

You're looking at the aqueduct, but don't miss the separated bikeway.
