Him getting hurt in OT was an underrated loss in their game against Creighton

Jackson Shelstad looks like a guy who grew up watching Dame. Sheesh!

I’m not sure but I would say he’s the best player on the Heat now. They completely fall apart when he’s not on the court. I think he could be the 2nd best player, but it would depend on the No. 1.

Obviously it’s quiet because his team sucks but it’s becoming clear that Alex Sarr is a dude and people just don’t know it yet.

I like the picks Portland got more than whatever Miami gave up but the collective Simons > Herro takes have NOT aged well.

Lol Ja

The Magic sure looked like a team that could have used Anfernee Simons in the last minute. Brick City.

Raptors/Heat not a bad one either

Amazing night to have league pass vs be beholden to the horrible national TV game tonight

Chauncey Billups says Matisse Thybulle has started doing some light 3-on-3 contact practicing but hasn’t been cleared yet for full 5-on-5. Doesn’t know how far away he is from playing.

They've had two different coaches and the only constant is Giannis refusing to screen for Dame. At this point, I don't think it's about coaching. I think it's an active choice that Giannis is making to try and play more like LeBron than play like himself.

I'm sure Doc would love it but they've had two different coaches now since Dame got there and the only consistent thing is Giannis refusing to run that pick and roll with Dame.

Pretty insane NBA stat I just came across. Per NBA tracking stats, GIannis has registered 105 possessions over 40 games as a "Roll Man" in the pick and roll. Joel Embiid has 108 such possessions in ONLY 18 games. Maybe Giannis is saving it for the playoffs, but that's not good for the Bucks.

Didn’t know I was gonna work the game until a couple days ago. In about 5 days it will be a year since my Dad passed. And he and I loved to talk about LeBron, mostly because he knew how much I loved watching him so much. Bron hitting 40 made me feel like he was there with me. Feeling lucky and sad.

Back in the Time Machine with LeBron apnews.com/article/lake...

Deni Avdija is the only reason the Blaazers are remotely in this game

Extremely sloppy start for the Blazers here. 5 early turnovers and the Lakers lead 17-8. Life without Deandre Ayton: it's difficult.

Also pregame note: JJ Redick was asked about Portland's guards, Scoot and Shaedon and after he praised them, he went out of his way to say "the entire league" likes Toumani Camara. He adoringly called him a "banshee."

LeBron James is IN the lineup for the Lakers. Blazers-Lakers about to tip soon.

Chauncey Billups says Jerami Grant, Scoot Henderson and Robert Williams are all available to play tonight. Starters: Simons, Camara, Avdija, Grant and Clingan

Vezenkov is so sick. Wish he had tried to stick it out in the league. 40-18 in a EuroBasket qualifier is insane.

That was literally rent

Luka is OUT tonight against the Blazers. Feel for the fans who paid top dollar to go to this game.

That is a relief.

Bad.

The Real Lakers of Los Angeles remain America’s greatest reality show

LaMelo giving us the All-Star game in the last 3 minutes

What a board by Luka

LaMelo just shook Luka into a different dimension

People said they wanted the old NBA back, they got it tonight lmao

Shameful, a fucking travesty of basic human rights

This is why I keep saying: keep an eye on Ja, Devin Booker, Trae, LaMelo and pretty much any player that can sign one of these mega super maxes with teams that originally drafted them. The owner class has told us what they think of these deals in the Luka trade.
