The day I got to Kandahar Province, 1 March 2010, SGT Ian Timothy D. Gelig, 782nd Bde Spt Bn, 4th BCT, 82nd Abn Div, lost his life when a suicide bomber detonated a VBIED while Gelig’s convoy crossed the Tarnak Bridge near KAF. Born in the P.I., he chose to serve his adopted country. Remember him.

Battle of Yorktown, contemporary map digitally restored and re-colorized, and then overlaid on Google Earth. Terrain match is only approximate because of the cartographic limitations of the time, but it's fairly close.

Working on building 3d objects for the Battle of Bunker Hill. These are a few generic buildings I made quickly. It's possible to simply import different colonial era buildings to make things faster. Also going to add fences, the redoubt, etc.
