Some notes on this property: This is the prime example of a bad house in an extraordinary neighborhood. This is right on the Douro, in a popular tourist destination, and with direct access to Porto. It's a gem, still a little overpriced for the amount of work needed. Someone will grab this one.

Someone has started a renovation process on this one. It has 6 potential bedrooms, and is in Aquitaine, on the Limoges to Bordeaux line.

By contrast: This one is 37,000 Euro, an hour from Porto, and 3 minutes from a major town. You may need to do some work on it, but you will have the cash to do so.

Some notes on this property: It is too much money for the plot size. Every room has roof damage. There is mold in many of the rooms that will need to be addressed. I expect to see this one get a substantial price drop in the next few days.
