seeing a lot of chatter about this - leadership is legally required to endorse the tentative agreement! or else they could be accused of bad faith bargaining. nevertheless, the most important thing is to vote and be engaged with the union no matter if we ratify or not!

The number 1 thing I took away from tonight's meeting is that we were not as engaged as we should be. If the Union asks you to show up, be there. Don't assume your fellow members will do your work for you. You need to think what your plan will be moving forward if you vote NO to the TA.

Also. Regardless of a yes or no vote, no positive change will come our way without participation. Numbers. If we vote no, we NEED members to show up and fight. If we vote yes, we NEED members to show up and fight. Don’t get comfortable in either outcome. Our participation is everything.
