guillermo del toro is another filmmaker who I absolutely adore. I’ll never forget the first time I watched The Devil’s Backbone. It was one of the rarer instances of ghost depictions that resonated with how I’ve seen/felt them most times.

Highly recommend using voice notes for your mantras, manifesting, self pep talks. For one, hearing yourself to yourself all the goods things that are gonna happen rewires those synapses and secondly you will laugh, releasing them endorphins.
