Americans are getting out and active! I remember those days, for me 2001 to 2004 - we protested Iraq, Afghanistan, Bush.. The people I stood with are burned in my mind, we were one another's security, colleagues, and friends. I just showed up and got involved.

i don't want to go into anybody's mentions w this but i'm genuinely not understanding the argument for 60%+ overhead rates? in general i think overhead is just a useless concept and asking grantees to explicate their costs rather than lump them in a big "overhead" sum seems pretty reasonable?
