Time to reflect today, while watching Fiddler on the Roof at a friend's while she slept. My mother fell so many times in her last year at home. Brought back horrible memories. That said, Mother didn't go up a pergola on a ladder to paint, then fall off! 😊

Quite a day. But surprisingly smooth. A visit to a minor treatment centre (15 minutes) then an A n E (35 minutes). Very impressed. Early Saturday lunchtime admittedly but excellent timings. Well done to all. Friend's offspring now with her. I'm going to eat pizza. A treat.

Saturday down the Minor Treatment Centre with me' friend. Cafe is shut and they've told me to wait in the car! She's got a big lump on her head, bless her. The sort you used to put butter on in the 1950's.

Hell's teeth. New friend in the village is OK but has fallen off a ladder. That's my duvet morning over. Ethel on manoeuvres. With her fall and my bruised bum we'll be a right pair.

Celebrated my fortnight of activity and travel with half a bottle of Marsanne last evening- special treat. Extremely tired and suddenly sat on the floor. That'll teach me! I'll be spending the week with multi coloured bruises on my bum. Good job I live on my own.😂
