Happy Monday, I had a doctors appointment before work and all results came back good, but there was an issue with my next appointment as the person put my down for December 2026 and not the one in 6 months. That was resolved so we are good there. It’s muggy but slow at work now.

Ankle pain is a bit too much so I took off work today. Talking with people and researching it on my own does point to it being a sprain. I do recall back on Friday the 30th, I did twist my ankle accidentally while walking at work, but a misstep while assisting a co-worker.
