🎉 The europa.eu website has turned 30 this year! Launched in 1995, it was the EU’s first joint webpage of the EU institutions. It started out with content in only three languages but is now available in all 24 official EU languages.

@president.europarl.europa.eu Roberta Metsola was in Israel and the occupied Palestinian territories this week. She held talks with President of Israel Isaac Herzog, foreign minister Gideon Sa’ar, speaker of the parliament Amir Ohan and also met with the families of hostages.

On International Day of Women and Girls in Science, we celebrate the women shaping the future of science 👩‍🔬 In 2023, women made up only 41% of scientists and engineers in the EU. Denmark has the highest representation of female scientists and engineers (50.8%), while Hungary has the lowest (30.7%).
