2018.

Grocery store veggie and pasta soup. 367 cals.

Yes, pickles as a snack. 20 cal.

Went out early to hit up the ATM and bring back breakfast for the fam. Beat the morning work/school rush.

My hotel has a laundry room but it's kinda creepy. It is cheap though, wash and dry a decent bag of laundry is 300 yen ($2 USD).

My breakfast btw. The porridge and salad was 343 cals, probably the small latte and consumme soup added another 100.

Went to a family restaurant. These were our waiters?!

These hotel laundry prices suck when you consider how cheap clothes are. (I paid 500 yen for 3 pairs of socks, I'm not paying 660 yen to wash them once), so I washed my socks in our room sink. Using an iron and a blow dryer to dry them 😅

How are my son and husband both asleep? I know it's the middle of the night US time but I can't sleep.

Admit this has milk in it but after this gonna find some almond or soy instant latte packets since we have a hot water maker. Omg so glad to be in Japan.

Gonna sleep but made it safely to the hotel. Yayy

To Japan, hopefully permanently this time.

2019.

Although I've been eating mostly plant-based since January 1st to help lower cholesterol/lipids, sometimes I eat vegetarian to make it easier for my husband to order food if the place has less options. He wanted a specific burrito spot; this is my last ordered meal in the US. Flying out tomorrow!

2013.

Imma post random body checks from throughout my life from time to time as self-thinspo. 2011.

BMI after I had my baby 39.4 BMI Feb 2025: 32.1 BMI goal for July: 26 BMI goal for December: 22 BMI goal for 2026: 15-18, try to keep 15-16 but if hit 17-18, lose again.

Progress from 1 month postpartum (size 18/20 pants) to 1 year and 1 month (size 12 pants). I will get back to my LW, I guess it just takes longer than I thought...
