Today was so unbelievably long and I felt so heavy with grief. But I danced with all I had and it definitely seems to have helped. Dancing always does. How fortunate I am to be able to channel my emotions through movement. Took a shower, ate some dinner, and now I'll do my nails and get some rest ❤️
