Reminder #sysadmin when solving a systemic issue use the carrot approach first, it's likely someone using the stick was the original root cause for it becoming a systemic issue. Plus it's nicer and people feel like a major issue was solved with team work.

I work with a bunch of GUI sysadmins as they don't use PowerShell unless they have too. I like to view assets and attributes through the cold hard lens of Gets. GUI's are too pretty and MS won't stop changing them.

I had a conversation with Copilot on H1-B's and it convinced me to file a FOIA request to the DOL for Labor Condition Applications (LCA) which are required for a H1-B's applications. These contain the justification on why they could not find a US worker. I bet the reasons won't be suspect at all.

A fact about Elon wanting to cut benefits for Americans to further enrich himself that people seem to miss is a simple fact about narcissism. His brain is incapable of empathy. The fact he's hurting others does not register in his head in anyway. He gets richer and that is all that matters.
