All things that will lead to a slowdown soon. we are at over a trillion in lost economic activity. The economy can’t take much more. - imigration coming to a halt - deportation of immigrants - stopping govt grants, programs, research - Firing govt employees - Tariffs - Uncertainty for businesses.

If he was willing to enact tariffs on Canada & Mexico, he will definitely do the reciprocal tariffs. Countries will respond and realign. This, combined with govt layoffs, grant cancellations, and tariff backlash from other governments amounts to a huge economic shock to the USA. #trumpconomics

The problem with #trump this time around is there are no guardrails. Last time a his craziest ideas were walked back. He will hurt everyone, with sycophants, corruption, and grifters all as happy yes men, farmers, businesses, workers, veterans, elderly and of course immigrants will all be hurt.

You could fire every employee in the US Federal Government and that would barely cut government expenses by 5%. 60% of those are military though. Amazon has 1.5 million employees. The us federal gov about 3 million. States and local gov 19 million. Doesn’t seem Federal gov is that bloated.
