The saddest part, to me, about Superman is that he never really gets a chance to be “himself.” As Superman he has to be an example for others to follow. As Mild Mannered Reporter Clark Kent he has to be a clumsy bumbling dork. When does he ever get to just be, Clark?

Spent the afternoon in a 5-hour faculty "retreat", in which an external facilitator presented a bell curve representing the distribution of resistance to change for members of an organization. The 5% most resistant were labeled "organizational terrorists". So, let's just say dry January is over.
