The NY Times has owed me $50 since 2009. At this point, I cannot be paid off, even with the inclusion of ridiculous interest, because being able to continue calling them deadbeats is worth more to me than anything they could possibly be expected to offer.

I'm not holding my breath, but a line connecting Rapid City, Pierre, and Sioux Falls to the rest of Amtrak would be a huge win. I'd also like to see a second line going from Omaha up to Fargo. That would connect a lot of major towns in SD, including the home of the largest university, SDSU.
