The enhancements tab shows for the Microsoft audio driver. That is why you are not seeing it. I recently reinstalled Windows, and the enhancements tab was present before I installed the Realtek driver.

I know about these two apps:
github.com/catright/Wale
www.fxsound.com
The default Microsoft audio driver has normalization built in. If you uninstall the manufacturer's driver, Windows will use it, but you have to stop Windows from updating it.

The heating situation has improved slightly, but not significantly. I have an Acer gaming laptop. My hands sweat during the summer and feel cozy during the winter. 😆

Gaming laptops already exist, you know? Great for cold hands. 😅

Haha! I've disabled UAC. I'm an innocent bystander.

Thinking about installing it. Windows 11 is so buggy; I'm seeing weird stuff every day. The whole thing froze on me the other day, black screen and all, but resetting the GPU sorted it out.

Some say the books are better. I watched the first episode of season one. I'm thinking about whether I should watch the show or read the books!

If your driver is from Realtek, you can download the Realtek Audio Console app from the Microsoft Store. For some reason, it does not install automatically during driver installation.

Same for me. The setting is in my driver's app. Does your audio driver have an app?

I mainly use headphones that's why maybe I don't like it on speakers. You can give it a try! You might like it

Check your audio driver settings for loudness equalization, or maybe try a third-party app.

My PC uses a Realtek audio driver, which has an option for loudness equalization in the driver software. It does what you are asking for.
I have it turned on for headphones, but I feel it does not work well for speakers, so I have turned it off for them.

If everyone did it, it would have no power; however, most of the time, not everyone participates, and the few who do are harshly punished to set an example. The system is designed so that people think twice before opposing it.

I always disable autoplay, everywhere. I just don't get why it's on by default. Who wants random jump scares?!

That's why I avoid Apple stuff. It's all style over substance; no real advantages.
Much happier with Windows, Linux, and Android!

Bans don't work; they backfire. Parents and teachers should chat with kids about the dangers of social media. Governments should run campaigns to raise awareness of social media's downsides.
