Looking forward to joining @jenpsaki.msnbc.com for her premiere episode tonight. Tune in to @msnbc.com at 9pm ET.

Even *if* you accept Stephen Miller’s (textually, historically, and morally indefensible) claim that undocumented immigrants are not entitled to due process, you’d *still* need due process to ensure that the individuals at issue are, in fact, undocumented. His argument fails even on its own terms.

TO BLUESKY EVERY SINGLE WORD SHE SAID IS POLITICAL GOSPEL

UNDERWOOD: Do you believe that the US government has the authority to deport American citizens NOEM: No, and we are not deporting US citizens UNDERWOOD: Several American citizens have been deported

Crockett: Instead of the President cosplaying as the next pope, he may want to cosplay as an actual President of these United States. That means he may have to do a little bit of research and understand that he swore a an oath to defend and protect the constitution.

New on @MSNBC: The White House will not release the list of 75 countries that have reached out on trade deals, despite requests from NBC News.

Sen. Adam Schiff (D-CA): "I'm writing to the White House to demand who knew in advance that the President was going to, once again, flip flop on tariffs. And are people cashing in? There is just all too much opportunity for people in the White House and the administration to be insider trading"

Elections have consequences

Rep. Steven Horsford to Greer: "So the trade representative hasn't spoken to the POTUS about a global reordering of trade, but yet he announced it on a tweet? WTF! Who is in charge? It looks like your boss just pulled the rug out from under you. There is no strategy ... is this market manipulation?"

When Melanie mixes up your Garanimals and you end up wearing two different colors.

If you shop at the grocery store, fill your car with gas, or care about inflation and our nation’s economy, this is your fight too.   These illegally fired FTC commissioners work to hold big corporations accountable—and now they’re suing.   We've got to have their backs.

Here’s an unctuous toady who has zero scruples around caring about what could have happened to troops due to the morons running national security and confuses luck with what her actual job is, which is making sure people don’t have to rely on luck to stay alive www.nytimes.com/2025/03/27/u...

We're living in a world where the guy who uses "password" as his password is given command over the entire military

👍

TO BLUESKY WHEN YOU HAVE TO SAY SOMETHING IMPORTANT AND YOU NEED TO BE HEARD, LET SENATOR DUCKWORTH SAY IT BINGO!

Pilot to Hegseth: "You’re going to kill somebody.” For the safety of our troops, Hegseth has got to go.

Bondi says she thinks Signal is a safe way to communicate and foreign adversaries can’t hack it (the US intelligence community begs to differ … )

I don’t know who needs to hear this but fascism often begins with the slow erosion of civil liberties and the rise of authoritarianism under the guise of ‘security measures’.

I am hereby issuing my own Executive Order that grants Special Exemption Waivers to these 300 wealthy individuals from my standard policy of "Eat the rich". The rest are still fair game. 🍽️😈

Dear American citizens, whatever you wish more German citizens would have done in 1933, do that now.

...then they came for me And there was no one left To speak out for me - Pastor Martin Niemöller

“…stepping down from a leadership role isn't a surrender. Sometimes it's just the right thing to do.” @schumer.senate.gov has served honorably, but it’s time to make way for new leadership. We can’t wait for fascism to dip below 40% in the polls. (🎁👇🏽) +… cont. www.nytimes.com/2025/03/26/o...

I just got a public death threat from a few folks who noticed I am doing a library event to talk about my career and my books. They called me all the familiar names, then “I won’t be sad if someone shoots her in the face.” And a woman’s reply, “Right between the eyes.” I am a children’s author.

This is what it looks like when corporations (and individuals) pay their fair share

Keep the Congressional switchboard number handy these days: (202) 224-3121

1. Remember, you morons, the Internet is written in indelible ink 2. Chief Moron Mike Waltz set the Signal group texts to disappear in 4 weeks www.nytimes.com/2025/03/27/u...

thinking of one of abraham lincoln's great quotes this morning: "As I would not be a slave, so I would not be a master. This expresses my idea of democracy. Whatever differs from this, to the extent of the difference, is no democracy."

Pete Hegseth and Michael Waltz are responsible for an egregious mishandling of classified information that put our troops in danger — and they've refused to acknowledge the gravity of this breach.   They need to be fired or do the right thing and resign. Now.

Really feel like I’m losing my mind: government OBVIOUSLY cannot punish an individual law firm for hiring someone it disfavors! It’s ludicrously unconstitutional and I feel like without a day of law school I could argue the case. And yet the best paid lawyers in the country are folding?
