Please don't use "DEI hire" as a joke or derogatory term referring to Trump's nominations. DEI helps equally qualified individuals get a chance at success when otherwise they'd be systemically disadvantaged in the workplace. It's a good thing. Trump's nominees are unqualified and dangerous.
