I have a massive backlog full of RPGs, so I don’t mind skipping the Switch 2 launch, because I’m not paying more than $499 for a console with Mario Kart World. I can wait until next year or whenever the price goes down. Heck, my backlog is so big, I could probably wait 2 years.

I think it’s INSANE that they secured a From Software game as a console exclusive. The Duskbloods looks neat. I suck at Souls games but I like the setting and atmosphere. It reminds me of Bloodborne so I will be there day one.

Quietly experiencing being non-binary has felt a bit fake. But in the past year, I’ve felt way more comfortable accepting that, in my quiet life, and small social circle, this can just be my thing. It felt cowardly to not feel the urge to yell it at the top of my lungs. But this is enough for me.

I honestly don’t expect the next Animal Crossing game to be at the Switch 2 event, but it’d be nice to see an Animal Crossing RPG like Miitopia or a New Leaf remake. I can wait though. The new Tomodachi Life will fill that void next year.
