I see a bunch of studies out there saying that comprehension and retention are better with audiobooks. Nonsense. This is only because the vast majority of Americans learn to read too late and never read fast enough to benefit from or enjoy it. So they have someone else do it for them.

Pundits: Trump organized an insurrection and the Constitution says that's disqualifying, but really, it seems undemocratic to not let people figure that one out for themselves. Literally the same pundits: Biden is old and should step down rather than make people vote for him.

Went to Pratt, 1908-82, found a focus in abstract painting, followed that focus for 38 years while working in every possible restaurant job and most construction jobs. Switched identity for that of photographer, freelanced for McGraw-Hill Education for a few years. Continued in comments

After listening to all the arguments, I'm pretty sure it will be unanimous to overturn the Colorado Court with multiple diverse opinions. Also pretty sure the justices will pass on hearing the immunity case.
