What I'm finding with the loss of my father is all the previous losses hit a little harder when I recall them. Friends, grandparents, cousins... It's as though every passing re-opens the previous wounds just a little.

The community population my #IT job serves is just a bit over 10,000. The few hundred ticket we process in a week represents 2 to 5 percent of the population. More than 6% would be a significant spike. This post is for me. It's to maintain perspective.
