The Big Beautiful Bill means if you live in a rural area that hospital in town or a close town will close. If you are lucky enough to have insurance you are going to have to go to the “big city” to use it. That’s the consequence of cutting Medicare and Medicaid. No ER in quick distance.

I was making the bed and when I went to shove the fitted sheet behind the mattress and next to the night stand my little finger got caught and bent back. Snapped it clean through. I’m in an ER waiting to be set or whatever. Urgent care XRayed me and sent me here. Ow ow ow.
