Every artist I know is really struggling right now. Financially, emotionally, their confidence, in general. If you like an artist's work, support them any way you can. Buying their stuff or subscribing to their Patreon is great, but words of encouragement are also incredibly helpful.

Great thread. This also applies to art, since actually understanding whatever you're drawing will make it feel more real for the viewer. Those who stop and think about the details of a piece will find "Oh that's there because of XYZ!!". And that's one of the greatest things ever .

It's kinda incredible how close we are to full realtime pathtracing with modern hardware. Well, for simple and optimized things at least. My CPU is outdated at this point, so my graphics card potentially could push a few more fps here. Amazing stuff. #blender3d
