FFRF Action Fund’s “Theocrat of the Week” is Okla. state Sen. David Bullard for his bill that would require teachers to use specific quotes about the bible and religion in history classes and for asserting that he doesn’t want those who do not believe in God to teach. ffrf.us/4k79iYn

We opposed all of these bills and helped to rally the people of Oklahoma to oppose them as well. Theocratic lawmakers like Sen. Deevers want to impose their religious beliefs on everyone—thankfully, even some in his own party see this extremism for what it is.

Taxpayer dollars should be used to support public schools, not funneled to unaccountable for-profit & religious schools. Trump’s order to federally fund these schools flies in the face of church-state separation, and @raskin.house.gov, @schakowsky.house.gov, and I are demanding he withdraw it.

We love this.
