I clean as I cook and tonight I am making pork tenderloin NUGGY NUGS. I also have what is effectively a paper cut on my off-hand thumb. So EVERY time I clean something I am sticking HOT water DIRECTLY into a paper cut on my thumb. This is AWFUL.

I live about 15 minutes north of Buffalo. Friends who live elsewhere have been seeing the weather and texting me asking if I am buried, which I appreciate. But those who do not live in Western NY do not know that just 15 minutes north of the absolute pounding of snow is...my street.
