This Nintendo Direct for the Switch 2 had a good first impression (aside from the price) for the system. I'm excited for MarioKart World, Donkey Kong Bonanza, Hollow Knight Silksong, Hades 2, Pokémon Legends Zed-A and Metroid Prime 4 Beyond. Can't wait to see how everything else works.

Prices of Switch 2 games being 90 CAD boils down to this: inflation. Stuff's gotten more expensive, but the wages remain the same. I think the Switch 2's big price may be because of how powerful it is. Switch 1 was 400 CAD, Switch 2 is 630 CAD.

Fellas! Gals! This is not an April Fool's Day joke. Nintendo has announced the Switch 2 Direct will be an hour long. Afterwards, 2 Nintendo Treehouse videos will showcase footage and gameplay of the upcoming video games for Nintendo Switch 2 on Thursday and Friday. Can't wait to see what they show!
