Spent last night on the bathroom floor sick to my stomach & shaking. Stupid gastroparesis flare ups. Miserable today, managed to get a bit of water in me and keep it down. No ER trip so far so that's a plus. I have to take my daily meds soon and I can only hope they stay down 🤞

Fatigue kicked my ASS today. Woke up around 7am, fell back to sleep around 11:30am. Woke up around 2:30pm, fell back to sleep around 4pm, didn't wake up again until 8:30pm & only cause I was woken up or else I'd probably still be sleeping. Basically I've just slept, ate, slept, and ate again.
