I'm still in awe of Kendrick Lamar's halftime show. I never really listened to him before and don't care about the superbowl, but damn. If you haven't watched it already, please go do that.

Aside from specific boycotts, going forward I'm going to do my best to shift my spending toward small businesses, especially furry-owned ones. I also need to start buying music again instead of just streaming through subscription services.

Please join me in boycotting Google. It's not going to be easy, but I'm sick of these big tech companies getting away with everything just because they're ubiquitous and it's hard to get by without them. I was not a proponent of ad-blockers until today.

Long ago I thought I was spreading myself too thin across too many different hobbies and interests. I started holding myself back, trying to focus on fewer things. In retrospect, that might have been a mistake. I feel like I've lost a part of myself, but maybe I can still get it back.

Diversity brings more unique points of view to a situation. Seeing a problem from different angles, putting more ideas on the table, and hearing different opinions are all ways to yield BETTER decisions and outcomes. THAT is common sense. How do some people not seem to get it?
