4am. exhausted but can't sleep. very dizzy. very sore throat. malaise. I carefully went outside to sit down for a minute. have to be careful with the steps. really windy out there, much cooler (yay!!) and interesting clouds. I wish I could at least get the dizziness sorted.

made a vegan "meat" sauce with some peppers, peas, tomatoes, herbs and spices, plus some basic coconut rice. very, very tired and dizzy now but I'm so happy to have been able to cook something again, even if it's simple!

hello. getting my cousin involved seemed to spook my mum. she's been cooking some plain veggies for me most evenings and leaving bread and berries in the morning. headache got mostly better but dizziness is still here and it's awful. have to literally stay in bed all day, can't even sit up for long.
