These days, the real news is buried and you have to dig for any news. Local news is barely covered in my hometown rag Thank god for the NPR. But but real local news is also important too. The news monopolies are burying it means the real narrative they do not want to tell.

My local newspaper was bought out by the folks with USA today. It went from a top local paper in the country to a paper that has little local news. It used to lean a bit more left. Now it gas a fb page full of bots, Maga, trolls and people from all over the country mixed in.
