I’ve seen complaints about a lack of funding for LA fire departments. There’s lots of (MAGA) outrage about ‘liberal’ budget cuts. When there’s talk of increasing “public safety” funds, almost all of that goes to the cops. Cuts come from safety (fire/EMS), increases go to enforcement (cops).
