I'm really starting to feel like I understand why I am the way I am. You can't explain me with ADHD alone. Neither can ADHD and cPTSD. But the picture becomes complete when I add autism. My therapist isn't sure yet that I have ASD because it's very similar to cPTSD, but it just feels right to me.
