I decided I need to get out of the house. I work remote and haven't left the house in days due to the hideous weather. I am meeting a friend for lunch, dropping off some pieces at the shop where I sell my crochet items and going to the grocery store. Sounds like a plan!

I just saw a FB post from a friend whose son got fired Friday from his job as an admin. asst. with the Natl. Park Svc. He'd been on the job six months and hadn't even had his first performance review. The son was so excited to get this, his first real job, and planned a career in govt. Shameful.
