Overweight ✅ Not Ran since June 2024 ❌ Going to get some new running shoes & tackle 31 miles in January Challenge. ✅ Why? 6 are diagnosed each day in UK with MND & there is currently no cure. Loved ones being trapped in their bodies by this horrible disease.
