I don't think I've talked about Laura Loomer yet, and oh boy I didn't think it would be in the context of her defending Musk, but here we are. Loomer has long been a bomb-thrower, looking for any item she could rally for/against to get engagement and views. 1/

It's not that MAGA/Trump fans can't understand nuanced argument or economic policy; it's that they are ACTING IN BAD FAITH and don't generally care about being viewed as hypocrites. Don't expect consistency!!

While it's important to call out lies, you have to remember that people acting in bad faith don't have shame or remorse, so pointing out contradictions like this won't impact their approach. Patel didn't forget he promoted QAnon or that he went on Stew Peters show -- he was answering to please. 1/

To be clear, the head twit is making up "crimes" now when his minions are properly identified. The minions that are actually committing crimes by "investigating" agencies at his behest, without congressional approval. So he had the post rules violated, even though HE HIMSELF has done this before.
