There's a company in India that scans old books and sells the scans online. 1st time I bought one I complained after waiting a month so they gave me a refund then sent the scan. This time they sent the scan with an email saying they were refunding my money because it's for "educational purposes."

I found a free download of Lexikon Der Vertreibungen but it's like 50 bucks for an app that will translate the whole thing so fortunately I'll probably never read it.
