There's a term for sponging "do nothings" claiming lots of benefits and expecting an unnecessary amount of money to lounge around all day. They're called 'Members of Parliament'.

Who wins this battle? #pokemon or #blåhaj

Been very warm today (20c) and with no traffic noise from the motorway being closed its been nice to have the windows open for once.

After a few weeks of normal energy levels, looks like it's back to drained mode... 🙃 Off for a power nap then.

New Lego set arrived.

Sunday dinner time.

Just a thought but anyone who wishes to get into a career in politics should have to spend a year living on the following: • Only the basic state benefits. • Live in social housing/ temporary accommodation. • Only use state services for themselves/family. Fail, then no political jobs for them.

Never sit on the fence. All you get is splinters in your butt. There is no compromise in politics. You're ever for or against. Abstention or not voting is the same as voting for the bad guy or worst option.

Some people's political stance is whatever pays the most or gets the most attention. Don't be surprised when a politician flip-flops on matters. 99 times out of 100 their true views on matters are known only to them. Personally, I don't trust any politicians further than I can throw them.

Hey friends. I've had a few trips to the doctors for unscheduled appointments and am a bit short for essentials. Can anyone help us out with £20 until next Tuesday (25th)? Thanks. www.paypal.me/freyjamidgard

Finished it. Looks nice, but boy was it a slog. Lots of fiddly bits and a lot of repetition but it's done.

Spent most of last week with bronchitis and it hurting to breathe but was OK yesterday. New week and...chronic fatigue says "my turn".

Latest build. Slowly getting to the main tower section.

Day 2 of the build. Finished the mechanical parts of the engine, gearbox, and suspension. Next step, interior parts.

This one may take a while...

Need some cheering up, so going to spend the rest of Sunday popping naz i skulls on Sniper Elite.

Even George III would think the laws being passed in the US at the moment are a bit much & the people back then rebelled for freedom. But this time, most people are happy sitting on their hands & are quite content in doing nothing as "their guy" is running the show & the changes don't affect them.

Paid today so got my late birthday present (was on the 20th) ordered. Picked up some not lego builds to do. One should be here this week, and the others sometime next week.

Might need to get these blackouts checked :/ . 10 hour one this time...and I'm still tired.

Another year older (42). Just going to chill out at home with a pizza later and get myself something on payday.

So, people learnt that freedom is only as free when the ruling elite says so. If they can do this in 24 hours, then they can do it to ANY of your rights. Especially when they hold all the cards.

UPDATE: Still having a few issues with energy levels (though they're improving slightly) plus my mental health is having a bit of a slide now also (ongoing depression which started around a decade ago). I'll try and interact where I can but I may be very quiet or just chilling out in the shadows.

A little chilly tonight. Not overly cold, but cold for where I am.

I've been a little quiet last few days as I'm having a bad run of ME and have been sleeping a lot or finding myself having to stop doing things abruptly due to tiredness kicking in. So, if I'm being quieter than normal or leaving stuff at very short notice then you know why.

Republicans in 2001: We must destroy these threats on western ideals. They'll enfoce religious extremism on you. They'll take your daughters rights away with religiously motivated laws. They'll limit your freedoms that your ancestors fought & died for. 2025: Well, now that we've thought about it...
