I made some vanilla ice cream recently. I used the @nytcooking ice cream base recipe. The mouthfeel is amazing, and the ice cream is delicious, but it's a tad too rich. Almost like a crème brûlée custard that didn't set, so you froze it instead. Will make it less rich next time. #icecream #dessert
