theres something about them thats less scary than normal spiders for me.. like theyre fuzzy and kind of stocky and you can see their face clearly so theyre almost more like a rodent in my mind. idt i could hold one though

im actually very scared of spiders. the first one i caught in december and i assumed she was dying but was very captivated by her. it felt like httyd… the second one is the same species but bigger and way more active. and i AM scared of her

like i emailed some professors and for no reason my mind is like “they hate you theyre mad at you” even though theres NO reason to think that. at all. and i remind myself constantly that this is an anxiety disorder thought and is not based in reality but my body acts like its true anyways
