Idk as someone who is autistic and ADHD and has OCD and am basically a walking talking DSM alphabet soup, I get really offended when people suggest that autistic people are somehow incapable of growth or change. I promise we are. Yes it can be difficult and uncomfortable, but it's not impossible.

It’s not “industry drama” or idle discourse or whatever. It’s genuinely annoying and bad that when any of us get recognition for our work, some of our colleagues are gonna have a little white grievance about it and then think they’re brave and smart for saying it out loud.
