Favorite would be Hybis, Kuu or Gomah, guess I like the more comedic characters. I don’t hate Glorio like you guys do, but he’s definitely the weakest link. It’s odd how flat he (and Pansy to a lesser extent) are when they were the ones all over the marketing.

Aside from Chekov’s Fusion, I’m kinda just along for the ride at this point. Also hey, congrats on 100 (numbered) episodes! I only started listening in early ‘24, but the pod’s always a joy to listen to. Thanks for all the entertainment, and here’s to many more!

I thought it’d stay simple and Gomah would get the third eye and be the big bad, but Degesu’s apparent betrayal(?) throws a wrench in that. There’s also whatever Arinsu’s cooking up with Glorio, but she’s been such a comedy-focused character lately it’s hard to see her as a final villain.

The pacing was pretty slow for the first 6-8 episodes, but I think it’s picked up since the whole gang’s gotten together. This episode was a bit of an exception, but it was executed so well I didn’t mind as much. I am curious to see if it feels rushed at the end, or if the series is better binged.

I did dislike how he (and the rest of the side cast) were sidelined until like 10 episodes in, but obviously this most recent episode makes up for it a bit! He got a story relevant win, and looked cool doing it! Never been a huge fan of SSJ3, but I appreciate giving him a unique hairstyle for it.

I’m aware, I just don’t see them reversing that decision, and again, I don’t see a conservative company like Nintendo being quick to adopt a whole new social media site. Hopefully Bluesky continues to get bigger and they add it during the Switch 2’s lifespan.

Gonna be a real bummer when Switch 2 launches in without the ability to post to social media. They already removed posting to Twitter from the Switch, and I reeaally doubt Nintendo will support this site either.

She’s pretty okay. It is nice to finally have a female antagonist in DB. She’s got more going on plot-wise than Degesu or Gomah, and her involvement (or creation??) of Glorio is providing some good intrigue. Still dunno why you guys are going gaga for her, is it really just her having big boobs?

Wow, I'm surprised even the Johto Times account didnt get in on Gen 2 when it was brand new. I'm sure most Pokemon fans these days have only played it via HGSS or not at all. Makes me feel old lol

The obvious comparison to make is with Pan in GT, and I think she comes across favorably there, even if that’s not a very high bar to cross. She isn’t really bratty and I don’t see her, say, storming off angry and abandoning the group like Pan did. The 3rd Demon King being her doting father is cute.
