Exactly this and it's extortion. Here in Finland, the gov already knows what you made, what you are either owed or owe. You simply get a letter in the mail and if you agree, sign it, you're good to go. If you don't agree, there's process for adjusting. No 3rd party. Lobbying is corruption. #america
