So here's the deal, I am not prepared for the cooking show today, I've got to postpone it to tomorrow. With power out half the week and the repair notices saying I wouldn't have power till Sunday night, I had to prep for that instead. So, I'm working on it, and should be ok by tomorrow at 12 noon!

I didn't realize what a range of peppers I had in the cabinets. This small batch ranges from 20k scoville to 2.1 Million Scoville. I love how they're all just labelled "chilis".

"Fear is the mind killer" ... True. I counter with, Constant high stress is the body, mind, and soul killer. Over time, it's done a lot of damage to me. Don't allow it to eat you. I want you to do better. Once the damage is done you probably can't undo it.
