My printathon went pretty great, I now have 6 squads for kill team and some cephalyx for warmachine! I learned a lot while I was doing this and I’ve got a few minis that printed mostly intact that I can fix with some traditional sculpting/kitbashing.

Had my first game of MK4 50 pts khador on orgoth, I did so well but let Ekaterina push too far and got two shot by Kishtaar after I had nearly wiped the board! We were playing a basic kill game so I could relearn the rules.

Finally read The Last Church and it really is one of the best short stories for warhammer! There’s a lot of great books for the setting (and some abysmal ones) but this is a must read!

My weekend printathon has worked out great! DakkaDakka has a bunch of kill teams so I got a few done. I’m new to 3d printing in resin and I’m using the anycubic X2, found out the hard way to clean out the resin between prints and somehow my FEP sheet has a hole in it.

Printathon is off to a great start, DakkaDakka Metal militia brigade came out great on my anycubic mono x2. Way easier to use than my old one since anycubic sends recommended specs for their resins!

They’re finally done! I now have a fully painted army of WinterKorps for Warmachine MK4! I’ll get some glamour shots done when the lighting is better but for now I can let the texture paint dry and plan my next projects!

I had to let the bases dry last night after applying some leather brown speedpaint and blue tone, I needed to bring out the wet mud vibe to keep the grim dark going. The runes didn’t feel magical enough so I brightened them up this morning. #tabletop #khador #warmachine #mk4
