I’m behind on a ton of projects but it got me thinking; Turnip 28 and Trench crusade are absolutely amazing for incentivizing creativity in your armies, but turnip 28 is far more freeing of the two since you can go either full horror or goofy critter while TC is always grimdark.

So One Page Rules has full alphabets in their lore books and I love this! The old codexes in warhammer had these and they add so much flavor to the setting, plus I can write funny stuff on my minis and keep it lore accurate!

Todays progress, I was debating pride colors for all the knights but I felt that’d be disrespectful since I wanted to make them all evil; Instead I’m going with the basic red yellow and blue. I tried the diamond pattern and it definitely was worth the effort but I’m using it sparingly.

And they’re done, two strike teams for Urban War. Viridians and their Colonial Marines versus Syntha and the Androsynths. I decided to give the mud a blue wash to show how the planet Klyklops is being slowly altered by the Koralon invasion, I think I’ll add some nasty growths in the future.

Finally made a custom head for my mechanicus Genestealer cultists, my entire reason for learning blender was to make these and I got way too distracted. I really love how a single custom bit can completely change a models profile so I can’t wait to make and print more!
