This house centipede was crawling on my pillow at 8pm and I just want to say, I'm going to miss sleeping. It was a really good activity. Shame I'll never be able to do it again.

In the middle of my strange fever, I was speaking my audio journal entries into the TP-7 and dropped it out of a third story window onto a pavement parking lot. Remarkably, it still works, although there's no speaker output anymore. Once I get home, I might disassemble it and see if I can repair it.

Slowly, I'm gaining back my energy. Whatever viral infection hit me 5-6 days ago is leaving. I have no idea if that was COVID, but it didn't show on an antigen test. Now I hunger. I hunger for...Weet-Bix. Endless Weet-Bix from the hotel buffet.

Everyone's talking about those Meta glasses, but these are the only Oakleys I have the headspace for now. FYI these were $185 in the year 2000.

I won these Pac-Man watches at the arcade in Auckland. I was pleasantly surprised to see that they were officially licensed by Bandai Namco. The straps are silicone and the cases are aluminum. The box says that they have Seiko sr626sw batteries.

The Sam Vimes theory of socioeconomic unfairness, but with AI. As it becomes more acceptable for people to use AI tools in their everyday workflows, people with more access to those tools will be able to produce more and possibly have different earning potential.

Sonicware is releasing a new Liven. This one is a granular acoustronic groovebox to add to the collection. I love the Ambient Ø and the texture lab. This looks like it will fit right in, and with MIDI, I can hook them all together to make really nice soundscapes.
