Oh my gawwwdddd, how people do try so very hard to redefine "alcoholism." I have heard everything. It's part of how people rationalize their substance use disorder, and I get it, I do. But still!!! Just don't do that. It doesn't help.

I am getting over influenza. I've had a very mild case -- I thought it was just a bad cold -- because I get vaccinated every year. Will there even be a flu vax next year? Influenza is a *deadly* disease!
