For Perhi’s village shoes were typically removed when entering private dwellings, but it wasn’t a particularly strict rule. If you forgot it was fine as long as you cleaned up any dirt of mud tracked in. Soft soled indoor shoes/slippers were also a thing when the weather turned colder.

The Miqo’te starting gear is cute, but not what I think Perhi would ever wear. It’s not something we see any NPCs wearing, so I don’t really include it for her lore. Instead she’d be in a tunic and trousers similar to what any other shroud NPC wears.
